Men don't age like fine wine, they are the ones who peak at 21 to 25 not women, face it all these so called options just tolerate them for the money if they manage to earn a lot that would impress a gold digger, they wouldn't shed a tear when these dust mites finally bite the dust. When their delusional bubble pops and realize they don't have options through their whole life they will crawl back to the first wife or woman they mistreated. Unfortunately most women are pickme's who would take them back.

I think one of the biggest misconceptions out there is that mediocre/ugly men suddenly become more attractive as they age through some kind of magic. They don't.

A man who is attractive, well-groomed and who takes care of his health and body while he is young and who continues these habits as he ages (!) is pretty likely to age well and stay attractive - age related changes nobody can escape (getting a few wrinkles at some point, hair going grey etc.) aside.

A man who is an ugly slob, who never works out and who lives off fast food and beer in his youth will get worse as he ages, not better. He's not going to hit 45 or 50 and then magically start to look amazing without changing a single one of his habits.

A man who was attractive and fit in his youth but who lets himself go and stops taking care of himself as he ages will turn into one of the guys you look at with pity at your 20-year reunion and think "He used to be so hot back then! Now he looks like a swamp monster!"

The article was still full of stupid ideas, e.g. that men peak earlier than 50, but still later than women. Quite frankly 90% of men look like sh*t, have terrible personalities and make little money (due to massive wealth inequality that men mindlessly support).

Not only that, even a rich man is no longer useful: their wife and kids don't get any of the money anyway due to fAiRneSs.

The truth is women are leaving marriage and dating in droves and there's nothing substantive men are willing to do about it. We have a society of coomers and pissed off, overworked and disillusioned women. And it is 99% men's fault.

OP, you said it yourself, the only people saying that older men age like fine wine are old men. They would say this, it's a cope. They don't want to believe that they've hit a wall and young women don't want them anymore. (I'm not even sure that women their own age want them anymore). It's also worth pointing out that if this were actually true, they wouldn't feel the need to keep saying it over and over.

I really wish more men like this would speak out and tell the truth, even though it’s falling on deaf ears given there’s so much more propaganda telling them the opposite. What concerns me most is the future. — the next 15-20 years. This RP/Incel culture has gotten out of hand the past few years. A lot of these younger men are only getting through each day by using this fantasy, that they will suddenly be successful with women once they’re older, as a coping mechanism. This is why they spend all day online — they *need* to constantly surround themselves with other men who will reinforce it. Like the author said, reality is too much to handle, but what do you think will happen when these men are forced to face it once they hit 35-40 and are still single with no options? They’re going to take it out on someone, and it won’t be themselves and it won’t be the people who conned them.

Unless they have been working out since their 20's and kept at it along with hygiene and self care, no they don't age well.
