I just saw this on Twitter and thought to post it on here because it makes me really wonder why men seem determined to make themselves as repulsive as possible:
This guy probably feels that cleaning his own butt hole makes him gay so he either hardly wipes or doesn't wipe at all when he does a Number 2.
I once saw an article months ago that talked about how a lot of men don't shower and take care of themselves. One guy they interviewed said that choosing whether he showers or not is a choice he's happy to have because it makes him feel in control, seeing as he has no control in other aspects of his life.
WHAAAAT?!?
Does anyone know why men are like this?!
"I've been told a few times I smell bad"
Dear god.
If you're being told this repeatedly, you stink. This is an awkward topic to broach, so you know people aren't throwing this out there for no reason.
When I was still studying for my degree, at the start of every single year faculty members had to go on a tangent about personal hygiene that ended with "please, take showers" during the introductory speech. The first time we heard it, we all laughed. The director explained that despite saying it every year there was always "that one person" making everyone uncomfortable, usually one per year. There were stories and anecdotes among older students of who "that one person" was in their grade. Soon, we realized there was one in our grade too.
Happens every year. It's always a man.
I got flash backs of that time period when one of my coworkers recently told me that she and every single on-site worker (I'm remote) had received an email reminding everyone of "the importance of personal hygiene for a pleasant work day" - it was apparently limited to a single floor. Again, one guy who thought his body was magical and that he pooped flowers and rainbows.
If he is admitting that he showers “every 2/3 weeks,” then he definitely showers once a month maximum in reality. He probably washes his sheets only once a year because that’s “a huge waste of water” too 🤮
Showering once or twice a month?!??! That’s nasty. If multiple people are telling you that you smell, do something about it!
I don’t know why it’s always men who think it’s ok to smell bad.
my brother was like this and still kinda is. I don’t know how it happened because my mom would tell him he smells and he needs to shower better. Like he is a very smelly person. When he was younger if he opened his bedroom door the smell of BO would waft down the hallway. Not even kidding. He got better but he somehow looks dirty all the time. Also if anyone is wondering his bed doesn’t have sheets. Just sleeps on the bare mattress
I believe it's the fault of their parents who coddle them and let them live how they want without installing expectations and discipline for these manlets.
I had to shower two time a day with soap. One while waking up, and when going to bed. And during summer there could be a third time, If you have breakfast without showering first you are a pig. daily deodorant after a certain age Never wear the same twice, and your room must be tidy otherwise you are disgusting.
But men were allowed to smell bad and let the whole living room reek and skip showers because they are tired, (not from work but from staying up late) One of them even borrowed my coat to go somewhere quick and it smelled horrible like armpits. I knew exactly when a male came into my room without my knowledge because their odor lingers.
They smelled like weed or tabaco but it's fine and dandy for men, It's so easy for girls to get grief but for men everyone turns a blind eye. They do things with no problem but you will be called lazy or stupid.
Men being disgusting is not their personal choice, they are programmed to pay very little to their appearance and hygiene.
Young men for some reason hate showering and it's so weird. They're like stinky little children and feel proud about it. Eugh.
Oh shit- I read it as 2 to 3 times a week at first. I don't know how anyone can go 3 days without showering!
