Awww, Sis. Sorry you're going through this. All I can say is, don't trust those feelings. They're just hormones that are all messed up right now. I don't know about you, but all the men I thought I "loved" and had such a difficult time getting don't mean a thing to me now. I can't understand what it was I saw in them.
Also, can I just say how ridiculous it is that men see saying "I love you" as a bigger step than putting their penises inside us? So backwards.
It takes time. I promise you will get through this. Go "no contact" and keep yourself busy and living your best life. Follow all your dreams! Do everything you've ever wanted to do! He will soon be a distant memory. Also be sure to cleanse your space of old photos, gifts etc.

You've gotta find new dopamine pathways, because that is what is missing that you're craving. Chemically a breakup is like going into drug withdrawal. It's all brain chemicals. They settle down after time, but you've got to make new pathways to give yourself what you need.
"But I definitely told this guy before our first date that I had allergies to dairy and nuts. I thought maybe he didn't remember..."
Omg!
When you develop an affectionate rapport with a guy it really takes work to refocus, process, let go and move on.
No one is perfect, we tell ourselves. So we let things slide cos it feels nice to be close.
You're better off without him. Enough red flags to indicate he isn't for you.

Because it will take a while for your brain to stop travelling on those paths of thought.
