Which apps are red flags on a man's phone?

Aside from the obvious ones, like anything porn-related or secret messaging apps like Telegram. Is Reddit an automatic red flag? How about Instagram and TikTok? They could be used innocently, but are often a vessel for porn or manosphere content. Conversely, are there any green flag apps that you are happy to see on a man's phone?
