I'm old enough to know that when scrotes are complaining about "feminists" what they really mean are "mouthy/opinionated women", but what does it say about them specifically that they get so outraged when women complain about the sexualized characters in video games? The ones who act like women being uncomfortable with the depiction of their sex makes them the second coming of Satan for caring more about that then about women in the middle east (because apparently women can't care about more than one thing at a time).
Like is there a character profile that matches this particular scrote because they're really common. Just curious
Any time a man complains about feminism, in any of Her forms, it's because he's experiencing cognitive dissonance at being presented a view of women as fleshed out people.
The male cannot grapple with what they've done to us vs what we actually are, and rage is a symptom of cognitive dissonance.
High Powered Podcast covered this.
Men who hate "mouthy" women (we talk way less than them, actually) hate women who are self-presenting as something other than prey for them.
If he is against liberal feminism but supports radical feminism, I'd say depending on other traits he's a keeper. But the description you gave fits the opposite more. I assume any man that even dares to once complain about feminism (in general) is a misogynist and should be avoided at all costs, it's pretty obvious to many most likely. Feminism is, despite it's modern version's faults, still about women's rights and wellbeing, and being completely againt feminism automatically means you are against women's rights. I probably don't need to say that but if he complains about feminism 24/7 it's a red flag.
It means he views sexualizing women as the default and can't imagine them depicted any way. I'd go so far as to say he doesn't really consider women video game characters or not as actual people. I dunno I would find it extremely disturbing this is the hill he wants to die on. He probably watches anime porn.
