HVM won't be scared, but LVM will probably read right past it or act like they're "open to it if the right person comes along" which is code for "I'll use you for sex and maybe, if you try hard enough to please me, I'll make you my gf while dangling the carrot of marriage indefinitely". This lets them know immediately that I’m older, already been married so been there, done that; need my own space and want a man who needs his space too; not available for cooking and cleaning; not a parent and won't be a step-parent. Good point, but once her words and actions show that looking for marriage include strictly no sex and no cohabitation, men will not be interested in future-faking, and will simply look for an easier option.
