This is so awesome! And good for you for getting out there and traveling solo :) I also love backpacking solo and went to Nepal to do the Annapurna trek a few years back. Kathmandu is such an incredible city! Did you get to drive a motorbike around the city? The momos and daal baht are fantastic too. Not many Westerners get a chance to ever see Nepal. What's the travel like there at the moment, is it pretty strict? I'd love to make a trip back to S Asia but I just don't know if there's any issues with travel requirements right now.
