That statement is actually ridiculous. We are not arguing abortion rights. My post is about Megyn Kellys opinion on trans agenda. Do you have an opinion on that after watching the video I linked? Because I am sick and tired of you people trying to deter from the original topic.

It literally doesn’t matter. Megyn Kelly is not a radical feminist. I’m not opposed to working with people on the right (depending on the person) but don’t prop them up claiming they’re something they’re not.

Is this true tho? Honest question. I feel like there is misogyny all over the political spectrum and radfems transcend it by focussing on women’s rights and women’s benefit (unapologetically).

Your comments show you did not bother to watch the video that I linked. If you had, you might not be so biased against her. Please list examples with links where Megyn Kelly has been racist. Besides her blackf sce comment in 2018 that was NOT racist, she has never said anything racist. She is an outspoken female against anti-trans which we ALL need to support because so few women have the balls to actually speak out against the lunacy of erasing the female gender. And women should not be against other women!!!! This is what men want! Divide and conquer is how men have won over women. We have more in common with other conservative woman than we do with ANY male! So you really need to look in the mirror and ask yourself what war are you waging?? Against other women??? Or against men??

Great point not the one! The left DID NOT protect abortion rights! They did absolutely nothing. What happened to the fab 5? Who was supposed to take on this issue? Where is AOC?? We seriously need to open our eyes that the left is NO longer the left it once was. I've been a democrat my entire life!! But my party has changed so dramatically and gone so far off the deep end that I am now, unintentionally moderate! I haven't changed. The democratic party has changed. And now many of us who used to be proud liberals are now thrown to the right because of how much the left has gone over the deep end.

If we're going to dive into definitions of words, I think you're using a bad definition of the word moderate. I acknowledge that you are not the only one who uses it to refer to anyone who holds a mix of left- and right-aligned views, but I think this is a bad way to use the word.

I'm going to quote the Wikipedia definition of moderate, because I think it represents the various ways the term is used:

Moderate is an ideological category which designates a rejection of radical or extreme views, especially in regard to politics and religion. A moderate is considered someone occupying any mainstream position avoiding extreme views. In American politics, a moderate is considered someone occupying a centre position on the left–right political spectrum.

This definition is somewhat contradictory because one can end up occupying an overall center position without holding moderate views. I tend to think the first part is a more useful definition: "a rejection of radical or extreme views". For someone who holds radical views but in an idiosyncratic way such that they aren't clearly with the left or right, I think a term like independent or non-aligned is more apt.

I also think you should do more reading on the various trans-critical movements instead of wholesale classifying them as right-wing. There is a world of difference between those who are anti-trans because they want society in strict gender roles (the conservative position) versus those who are anti-trans because they want to free society from strict gender roles. This is why the latter movement often describes themselves as "Gender Critical", and they are not right wing, and have only the most surface-level ideas in common with anti-trans conservatives. Frankly, I think they are the only reasonable position; to support conservative ideas for gender is to throw oneself out of the frying pan and into the fire.
