I think Bumble is as bad as Tinder, except on Bumble, the men sit back and wait for women to chase them. Yuck.This guy just doesn’t realize that making fun of dating profiles is also a cliche in itself at this point. 😂
Unfortunately, I do have friends who get a kick out of this kind of nonsense “humor”, entirely devoid of intelligent wit; they see it as cute and playful. How anyone over the age of 12 can connect over these banal interactions bewilders me, as it seems so weak, but they seem to bond over it. Maybe because it’s more the comfort of it being a safe and benign type of funny than truly clever on any level, but I find it tedious.
