On Facebook, I posted a picture and caption about art supplies. I got a dozen or so likes and I noticed an unfamiliar name. Looked at the guy's profile, and he seemed real, but who knows?
My question is, why follow but not friend someone? I have hundreds of followers on Insta where all I post are either travel pics or Pokémon Go shinies; I know, thrilling, right?
So what are they doing? Just orbiting? For what possible reason? I blocked him and chose the option to block new profiles too.
Fb feels weird to me when people do that. On insta..I block them if they have few posts, or follow lots of women. I need to have other things/people in common with them and that's not hard. So, when that piece is missing...I think it's a red flag.
likely orbiting, yes. i receive random messages every now and then and i usually block and move on. if they're real then they obviously have too much time with their hands and i prefer men who can be productive.
Stupid silly pickme me freaking loved this when I still used FB. I loved the attention and orbiting and imagining guys getting jealous of each other when they commented, which likely wasn't happening at all lol. I think you can disable allowing people to follow you, and of course don't make your posts public. Random men do not deserve access to you.
