By that I mean the constant hate of women that floods to pretty much every place right now. Almost all of mainstream platforms (which are supposed to be openand used for everyone, therefore the name mainstream) are full of redpill-like content even if one tries to block everything they see. There's pretty much no escaping it, because even if one turns off the internet there's a shit ton of people making sexist remarks like it's nothing. For example, many older family members are usually notorious for doing that. Even by filtering out all kinds of toxic sources I come across atleast one misogynistic remark daily either irl or online, and it often makes me pretty pissed off. How do you guys deal with this kind of stuff? Any advice on how to not go completely bananas?

Yes, it's eveywhere and it's exhausting.
I push back and point it out. The close people in my life know my perspective and they are starting to see what I see, which is encouraging. I also spend lots of time alone to recharge.
As the famous quote goes, "The truth will set you free. But first it will piss you off."
National brands and mass marketing are getting aggressive with this.
Nuts named "Deez Nuts." Ha ha the punchline to an unfunny joke men tell whilst grabbing their crotch.
A sports complex named "Tennis and Chill." Ha so clever an allusion to the lie men tell when coercing women into sex under the guise of watching Netflix.
"Big data energy" on a t-shirt for a technology product. Hilarious another reference to a penis in my face in my daily life.
Am I clutching my pearls? Yes, yes I am.
When individual randoms do this in real life, I call it out when I feel like I could handle getting in a street fight that day. I prefer the direct "that's really sexist" instead of the passive-aggressive "wow." Online, I've been shutting off most online forums of all kinds more often than not. They are not real. They do not reflect real life.
I go insane. I overheard two black, male coworkers talking about how all women are b*****, and how they can't stand us (women are almost never the problem, he probably just has a gf who won't let him break her jaw) and my FEMALE boss was walking by and said, "Man, don't I get it..." I don't argue with men who hate women. I don't argue with women who hate women. They are patriarchal androids to me.
Wish i had advice for you, but I struggle with getting angry as well. Such micro aggressions that no one else seems to notice... I'm pretty quiet but depending who I'm with I will point them out and give my critical analysis of the situation and why it isn't beneficial to women.
