Hope someone can help, maybe I'm not the only one. (please delete if this has already been asked).
I made a reply to a post (the Welcome one), and I keep getting notifications every time someone posts to that thread. Not as a response to my comment, but just anytime anyone posts on that thread at all. That's constant notifications.
I've gone into settings and de-selected all notifications, but I still keep getting notified when someone posts a response to that thread.
How can I stop this? Will this happen for every thread? Is it a glitch?

In every post, in the right hand corner there are three dots, click that and then the unfollow option. You have to do it for every post you comment on. Maybe if the mods could make unfollow the default instead of follow?

Hello - You can "unfollow" the categories to stop receiving the notifications. Following a category works like an alert system.
I am hoping for an option of categories of notifications in settings, where I can select/unselect the categories I want. Notification on all new comments in posts I am following (which I would have to actively opt-in on each post), notifications on replies to my posts, direct messages, etc. Because right now I have 645 notifications, and there is no way I am taking the time to look through them all. So as of right now, I'm being bombarded, and any responses, questions or direct messages to me will not be seen through the rest of it.
Deselection in settings works for me but you can always go to app settings on your phone and turn off push notifications for spaces
Have not tested this but might work: unfollow the offending category?
