My friend set me up with 3 guys. One of them ghosted me after he asked for pictures of me, and I sent 2 normal pictures and one of this horse in Ireland that was trying to unzip my jacket; it was a joke and my friends all thought it was funny, but apparently he didn’t. Then the next guy ghosted me, since after No Joke Guy didn’t like me, I didn’t make anymore jokes; he said I was too serious and negative. Then the 3rd guy had been acquitted of statutory rape of one of his students; he was 34, and she was 16. But on our date, he took me to a play and just wouldn’t stop perving out over the 17 year old red head in the play. I was 34 at the time, and he was 37. I noticed he took one look at me at the beginning of the date, rolled his eyes, and looked disappointed. And of course, my friend blamed me for these guys not liking me. Two of them didn’t even give me a chance, and the other was a child rapist—even if he was exonerated. Just the way he was acting during the date made me know he was a creep. Oh well, it’s always the girl’s fault, right? Lol.
I don’t mean to be harsh, but don’t trust her taste in men. Until she fully heals herself and learns to manage her trauma, she will continue to attract predators and LVM. They will orbit her, even if they’re “just friends”.
Recently, a family friend was raving about a wonderful guy she claimed was looking for a wife, then in the same breath fed me a sob story about how he's striking out left and right. Why? Cuz he's meeting strangers on dating apps and bringing them home to fuck at his mama's house and fOr sOmE rEaSoN, he hasn't found a wife yet.
She asked if she could give him my number. I declined for obvious reasons.
Met him soon after at a party and was nearly blinded by how handsome he was. Seriously, dude could've been a model. I thought, "What the fuck is wrong with a 40-year guy who's THIS hot but claims he can't find someone?"
Well, I looked him up on instagram. It's 99% professional headshots of himself, with tons of thirsty women in the comments including at least one female best friend who'd totally fuck him if she could (if she hasn't already).
Checked out who he's following: trans porn (featuring the most ghoulish plastic surgery - think blowup doll proportions and bolted on tits), MAGA, sobriety inspo accounts, and way too many women posing in lingerie.
And this is his professional account seen by his colleagues and customers.
tl;dr: FDS vetting works, ladies. Take red flags at face value and bow out.
I had the same thought. White supremacists are nothing if not hypocrites.
Oh, forgot to mention, I also found a 1-star Google review from someone with an Arab last name complaining the guy rudely refused to serve them at his business and implied they had no money.
He follows Candace Owens on insta. I bet he thinks she's "one of the good ones."
Look up Strom Thurmond. Notoriously racist politician who fought tooth and nail to keep segregation. He has a half black daughter in her 50s now. Edit: she died in 2013 at 87--Essie Mae Williams-Washington
The only time I find this acceptable is if a man is taking the initiative to get introduced to me in the "old-fashioned manners" sense. Like seeing me at a party or another event and asking someone who knows both of us to introduce him to me. I actually prefer that way to a stranger just walking up to me, to be honest, because that way I have a person I already know "vouching" for him and can ask that person questions about him later.
Not too long ago chatting up a person - especially a woman - you don't know at an event was considered rude and inappropriate and finding someone to "make introductions" was a must if you wanted to get to know someone.
I gave that person a chance to show a man she picked for me. That loser needed his friends to introduce him. If you can’t even walk towards my table and introduce yourself then I don’t even want to talk. Despite being a pickme not too long ago I wasn’t having it.
The ppl wanted me to give my number to him while he does nothing but sit around and say nothing, I was like why are you even here if your pals need to talk for you?
Next day I was told that he wanted to meet me and have an ice cream
but I didn’t respond to the request and changed my number because it seemed that ppl have send it to him anyway.
This is the last time I ever let ppl choose some washed up loser for me. If he’s not man enough to face me then he won’t be man enough to be a good partner.
If a person dares to say that she have found someone she would like me to meet I will stop talking to her right away.

I can’t even imagine. I think I’d let slip, “Oh, what’s wrong with him?” 😂
It's always the ugliest men on Earth, too. 😑
I always think it’s some random guy they haven’t even tried to match with me.

Always worst choices ever. Defeated losers even. 🙄🙄
Yes! It is the worst! Like fire ants over the skin of my feet!
Yes. Most recently when I experienced this the someone was already someone I used to know and had long ago rejected.
Do people actually do this on the spot? in what contex?
No, not usually. It depends on who has said they have someone for me to see.
Phew! I'm glad no one asks me that! I don't like to tell anybody what I'm up to dating-wise for this exact reason.
