I just got asked this from OLD. And it made me think because I don't want to give out exactly my ideal date bc I want to see what the men do without being told but also how do I answer this question properly but still vaguely?

say you don't have a specific setting for an ideal first date because you think that's too limiting. another option is to answer in a very broad and general way. for example, say you want dinner at a french restaurant with a glass of wine and a good conversation, and the man pays for everything. you can mention eating and a good conversation. that's enough for him to understand you want to eat and talk, then the rest will be his best guess. if he is HV, he'll have no difficulty providing a good date. if not, he'll probably invite you to eat on mcdonald's or something and go 50/50 🤣
