Background/criminal records check site

Hello, back on the subreddit I recall someone posting a link to a free site that searched public records in what I think was all 50 states. I wanna say the general layout was pretty basic, there was a search bar you could type in in the middle and maybe there was an orange search button or something like that. What was impressive was that it was free and pretty minimalist, not a million sketchy ads and the search and the results were very straightforward. Results that were pulled up were like arrest records and whatnot. Anyone remember what it was? I've been trying to comb through the subreddit and my bookmarks but can't seem to find the site again.
